Rule 59
Cutout should be placed

(1) The person who has received the permit must connect the cutout or circuit breaker with the energy meter to be installed at the customer's house and keep it sealed with the energy meter in terms of safety and load limited.
(2) An isolating switch should be installed near the energy meter on behalf of the customer.
